Description
In the city of Monterrey there are 1,300 neighborhood parks that serve a population of more than one million people. The processes of the Secretary of Public Services, the General Directorate of Parks and Gardens and the Directorate of Image and Urban Maintenance plan based on people, resources, needs and requests. In this workshop, the different ways of intervening in response to the needs of citizens will be explored in order to offer them a neighborhood park that helps improve and develop their quality of life. Also, the different methods and strategies of intervention in neighborhood parks and squares will be addressed to improve them, especially when there is a limited budget and resources, based on medium- and long-term planning and intervention.
