the Ar. Arturo Peniche Pareja has more than 23 years of experience in various projects, mainly in the areas of recreation, hotels and housing, such as the Trump Ocean Resort Hotel, Park Royal Cozumel Hotel, Santa Fe Shopping Center, Tres Lagos Housing Complex, among many others, in architecture offices such as hok, gia architecture, at103 and migdal architects. As manager of engineering projects for petra - a company dedicated to the production and installation of synthetic surfaces and consulting for sports complexes - he is responsible for reviewing and verifying the development of projects, from the conceptual part to its conclusion. His responsibilities mainly include: organization of the engineering, project, design and communication areas; international certification of athletics tracks before the world athletics; development, drawing and review of projects and construction details, as well as specialized direct advice with clients from the private sector and public agencies. His professional experience has led him to participate in various national and international projects, including the certification of 3 athletics tracks on a national scale and 2 internationally (Bolivia); participation in more than 30 athletic projects; more than 50 sports and recreational projects including: soccer fields, baseball fields, multipurpose fields, gyms, jogging paths and children's areas.
