Cleark Villatoro is Administrator of Parque Cuscatlán and Parque Bicentenario. In addition, she is the Executive Director of the Corporation for the Development of San Salvador. She has experience in youth leadership, citizen participation and inclusive recycling with a gender approach. She has studies in architecture, Public Relations, marketing and participated in the 9th Congress of Human Capital and Neurotalent. She is Co-founder of the Espacio Joven Youth Collective and a member of the Network of Youth Defenders of Human Rights, sponsored by the European Union and OIKOS.
