Rodrigo has a degree in International Relations from the University of São Paulo, with a specialization on Public Administration. In the Semeia Institute, Rodrigo is responsible to support governments on public-private partnership projects as well as foster good policy practices. Previously, Rodrigo has worked at the Porto Alegre and São Paulo local governments. Is also a member of the Climate Change and Resilience Committee of the World Urban Parks.
