Head of the Service of Parks, Gardens and Green Infrastructures of Zaragoza (2019) and President of the Spanish Association of Public Parks and Gardens (2015); the professional career of this official is linked to the public service in favor of urban green since 1997 (Head of the Service of Environment of the Huesca City Council from 1997-2019). Manager of public services, he is an engineer convinced that urban public spaces should projected and managed with people in mind, under the premise of reconciling usability and sustainability. With a solid academic background: forestry engineer, agricultural technical engineer, master's degree in direction and management in local administration, Master's degree in Eco-audits and planning business, and master's degree in environmental management; and the experience and knowledge acquired in their extensive professional career since 1990, make his ability to direct and coordinate work teams and projects. His specialization in public gardening stands out, both in his creative facet with outstanding park projects, as evidenced by six national awards; What in management: coordinator of the green areas-AEPJP management commission (2007-15), and director of the digital platform “vivirlosparques” (2010-15). Participates in the main national and international technical committees and forums related to the management of park and garden services, street cleaning and waste management, as well as a professor in the master in "Historic Gardens and Ecosystem Services of Green Infrastructure" of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and specialized courses promoted by the FEMP. Currently highlights its participation in the Green Infrastructure Group of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, on behalf of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.
