She is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes and has a Master's degree in Governance and Political Communication from the George Washington University (United States). She is a woman from Bogota who is passionate about her city and a defender of social causes. With more than 20 years of experience in the public sector and in international cooperation, an expert in issues of public space, mobility, social and economic development, and public management. In 2020, she arrived at the District Recreation and Sports Institute as director, with the aim of making Bogotá a more protective and inclusive city and a better place to live.
