Lívia Alen is UNOPS Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer in Brazil. She is a journalist, has an MBA in Social Responsibility and Sustainability and a master's degree in Organizational Communication. She has worked in the UN System since 2017, where she was project manager in the area of ​​Governance and Political Participation at UN Women Brazil and communication advisor and gender focal point at UNOPS Brazil. She coordinated the publication Parques para Todos y Todos, a partnership between UNOPS, the Semeia Institute, UN Women and UNAIDS that provides recommendations for the implementation of urban parks with a gender perspective.
