Lilia Haua Miguel, Director of the Pro Bosque de Chapultepec Trust, a joint body in charge of raising funds for the remodeling, rehabilitation and preservation of the Chapultepec Forest. She is a graduate with honorable mention from the Universidad Iberoamericana with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in finance. For five years she collaborated at Citigroup in the Corporate Banking segment. Since 2008 she joined the team of the Pro Bosque de Chapultepec Trust as Director. Her vision, tenacity and leadership have allowed her for more than 13 years to manage and collect efficiently and transparently more than 570 million pesos invested in programs, studies, projects and rehabilitation works of the main lung of the country's capital: The forest of Chapultepec. Her participation in the design, preparation and execution of the rescue of the first, second and third sections of the forest have been vital for the development and improvements of the largest lung in Mexico City. Thanks to her outstanding work, an extraordinary coordination has been consolidated between the Pro Bosque Trust, the Government of Mexico City and the Citizen Governing Council of Bosque de Chapultepec. Her work is decisive for the Chapultepec Forest: with dozens of projects, events and fundraising campaigns in addition to positioning the Trust in various national and international forums and congresses, among which are: the Cemefi Annual Meeting, Core Forum, Congress International Parks and Recreation, Mérida Yucatán, Monterrey - Nuevo León, León- Guanajuato, the International Congress of the World Urban Parks in Kazan - Russia, where Lilia received the recognition for the Chapultepec Forest as the best Great Urban Park 2019 that awarded by the International Association The World Urban Parks. In 2019, she was invited to participate as Vice President of the Environment Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce, ICC Mexico, and is currently studying the Urban Park Leadership, taught by the Central Park Conservancy and the Institute for Urban Parks and the CUNY School of Professional Studies. Lilia is a tireless and committed woman inside and outside the Chapultepec Forest, a key part of the Trust.
