Husband, father and municipal president of Monterrey, capital of Nuevo León and center of the second largest metropolitan area in Mexico. Passionate about serving others, he works with the vision of turning Monterrey into the most humane, innovative and sustainable city in the country through the reunion of citizens and government, with the conviction of placing people at the center of decisions and of urban design. He began his career in public service as a local deputy of the Nuevo León congress in 2018, where he distinguished himself by promoting transparency practices in legislative work. As an entrepreneur, he dedicated himself to providing legal support to start-ups and new ventures. His motto is: "The feet on the ground, the look up and the heart in love". He is a lawyer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey.
