Nestor Acosta Caro del Castillo, Master´s degree in Environmental Sciences from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (UASLP) and a degree in Industrial Design from the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez (UACJ). He has studies in Architecture from the Autonomous University of Durango (UAD), as well as diplomas in Environmental Impact, Socio-ecological Systems, Geographic Information Systems and Ecological Restoration, all from the Potosino Institute of Science and Technology Research (IPICYT). He currently works as Project Coordinator for Nomada Estudio Urbano, an urban consulting office. Likewise, he is part of the administrative council of the Municipal Water and Sanitation Board (JMAS) and the Municipal Ecology Committee (Municipality of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua). He has been a speaker at national congresses in cities such as: San Luis Potosí, Monterrey, Mérida, Puebla, Guadalajara, Aguascalientes and Ciudad Juárez, addressing issues of urban mobility, sustainable development, citizen participation, the environment, public spaces and urban parks.
