A 26-year-old biologist named Manuel Hernández, born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, graduated from the Faculty of Biology in 2018 at the Autonomous University of Sinaloa. He has participated in various congresses such as the IX International Congress on Environmental Education for Sustainability, which took place in Mazatlán, Sinaloa in 2019 and was a speaker at the 3rd International Congress on Urban Parks that took place in León, Guanajuato. in the year 2020. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Parks and Recreation of Mexico, he is currently Coordinator of the Appropriate Green Spaces (EVA) project with experience in 18 intervened green spaces in Culiacán, in the Botanical and Zoological Society of Sinaloa IAP and Lastly, he is taking two important diplomas for his training: The diploma in The City of Boys and Girls and the diploma in Prevention of violence and strengthening of citizen security.
